About Eradicate Hate

Eradicate Hate is a non-partisan organization which aims to forge solutions to prevent hate forms of hate-fueled violence. Born out of the October 2018 massacre at Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life Synagogue, Eradicate Hate has evolved from an all-volunteer effort to an independent 501(c)(3) charitable corporation led by a professional team with decades of experience preventing hate-fueled violence. Through our annual Global Summit and our year-round, comprehensive programs and working groups, we meet people where they are and give them tools to keep their communities safe. For more information about Eradicate Hate, visit our About page.

About Our Internship Program

The Eradicate Hate internship program helps shape the next generation of professionals in preventing hate-fueled violence through providing them with the opportunity to support our year-round initiatives.

We offer undergraduate and post-graduate students and recent graduates paid internships for 12-14 weeks each spring, summer, and fall semester.

We seek undergraduates, graduate students, PhD candidates, and JD candidates from across disciplines to support our work. We highly encourage those in mental and behavioral health, public policy, law, education, sociology, criminology, communications, data science, digital development, marketing and PR, and graphic design to apply.

Our internship program is offered entirely remote or hybrid in Pittsburgh or Washington, D.C. Interns receive a stipend of $4,000 and are expected to contribute between 25-35 hours per week. All eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
